Miller addresses shipping in the campaign's FAQ:

since the COVID 19 pandemic began, international shipping and mail rates have skyrocketed. In fact I've had inquires from people interested in backing the campaign who live outside the United States...
It doesn't seem reasonable to expect backers to pay more for shipping than the reward. If you are interested in getting a signed book shipped internationally, message me through Kickstarter, and I will determine the shipping costs and we can go from there.
